Mr. del Valle is responsible for all aspects of Prelude’s firmwide operations and is a member of the firm’s Investment, Risk and Valuation committees. He is also a Director for a number of the firm’s affiliated offshore funds and entities. Prior to co-founding Prelude in 2010, Mr. del Valle was a founding Principal of long/short equity fund Springbok Capital. He has also served as a mergers and acquisitions adviser for a number of global financial institutions.

Mr. del Valle received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. He currently serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee of The Chapin School in New York City.
